Issued at ANDA Sydney in 2011, the coin is struck by The Perth Mint from 1oz of 99.9% pure silver in proof quality.

The coin’s coloured reverse depicts the Three Sisters rock formation from Echo Point and includes a Blue Mountains Tree Frog, an inhabitant of the region’s rocky rivers and streams. The coin’s reverse design also incorporates The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark.

Issued as legal tender under the Australian Currency Act 1965, the coin’s obverse depicts the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the 2011 year-date.

No more than 2,500 of these ANDA Sydney Coin Show Specials will be released.
