Romeo and Juliet - A masterpiece of numismatic art in honor of William Shakespeare's 450's birthday in 2014!
The worldwide first coin bar with NanoJems®crystal (registered trademark 4289911). The crystal includes the entire text of William Shakespeare's tragedy with 25,948 words!

The coin shows the 4 most important scenes of the love story in the way of a picture-book:

    - The street brawl between Montague and Capulet supporters, who are sworn enemies.

    - The balcony scene shows Romeo sneaking into the Capulet orchard and overhears Juliet at her window vowing her love to him ins spite of her family’s hatred of the Montagues.

    - Juliets visits Friar Lawrence for help to provide a marriage with her Count and he offers a drug, that will put her into a deathlike coma for a few hours.

    - Romeo is in the Capulet crypt, believing Juliet to be dead and drinks the poison. Juliet then awakens and, finding Romeo dead, stabs herself with his dagger.

    Scene II - Capulet's orchard

William Shakespeare

(baptised 26 April 1564; died 23 April 1616) was an English poet and playwright, widely regarded as the greatest writer in the English language and the world's pre-eminent dramatist. He is often called England'snational poet and the "Bard of Avon". His most famous tragedy besides „Hamlet“ is the story of Romeo and Juliet, about two families at enmity with each other and two lovers whose deaths finally reconcile their feuding families. Romeo and Juliet is one of the best literary works that I have ever read!
