It would be perfect if the gift box could be waterproofed within a ziploc bag to protect it against moisture during delivery on raining days. Since I bought my first item (Cook Islands Luxury Silver Line III Blue and Pink) back April 12th 2014 (and many more since then), I have noticed they have virtually doubled the amount of products available for purchase (from many different world mints). This rapid and massive expansion in exactly 7 months is truly extraordinary (as of today 12th Nov).

Recently, FCC has been acquiring more exclusivities - For example: Niue Island VOLCANO ERTA ALE, Niue Island MESOPOTAMIA $2 IMPERIAL ART Series. I think this is a testament to how well their business is doing and this is why even major mints around the world are beginning to acknowledge FCC's contributions to the private precious metal/numismatic market.

I for one thinks that their website should be visited at least once a month, if, for nothing else, just to marvel at the sheer range of amazing products. They now even have an 'In Stock' range which can be shipped within days of purchase. This is most welcome.

FCC has 'too many' great stuff.... Good that it is; bad that it is draining my bank account ^_^.

Bought both blue and pink ones (Cook Islands Luxury Silver Line III ) - absolutely unique! If you get one of these as a gift, you would certainly surprise someone with it. The whole thing is superbly packaged and it is something that you would take out and admire from time to time. The only criticism is the coin is NOT in capsule and this could be a problem in the long run. So I suggest you don't touch it or at least wear a pair of soft cotton gloves when you do.

First Coin Company really cares about their customers as well as how they conduct their business.

On February 22nd I received a “Dear clients” e-mail which stated the following, “Please be informed that we just received information from the mint about shipping of FORTUNA REDUX COIN. We expect to dispatch this coin to you on March 4th or 5th using FedEx. You will receive a FedEx tracking number once it shipped.”
On March 1st I received another e-mail from First Coin Company informing me that my order had shipped. Naturally, they included the FedEx tracking number as promised. Seven days later, on March 8th, 2013 my FORTUNA REDUX COIN arrived. IMO – First Coin Company far exceeded my expectations. I am also a first time buyer with First Coin Company and the personal attention I received when I first enquired about this coin is how I would deal with a client. I also got the coin about 4 days earlier than expected. FCC has a repeat customer with me!! Regarding the Fortuna Redux coin, I am surprised the idea wasn`t done before. For the first few days, I couldn`t see it as a coin, but viewed it a sculpture. It certainly didn`t fit in with the piedfort or regular height coins.

It wasn`t until I displayed it with other innovative shaped coins that it just clicked and fell into its place in the coin collection. On its own on a separate shelf, or mixed with very unique-shaped coins, or with planetary themed coins is where I place it. I do regret not being able to afford 2 of them, as I find both sides equally attractive to display. I also feel very blessed to have this wonderful coin!

Nick, I feel quite privileged being one of the first retail customers! I received the package on Saturday March 24th; it was filled with gold decorations, with the You and Me coin set in a silver bag buried in the center of the gold decorations. The presentation was nice and the small silver bag (free) was a nice touch to an already appealing package. There was no damage to the coins or the box, as the pictures show. I have attached three pictures of the coins, one of the box sitting on the bag it arrived in, another of just the box, and one more of the coins inside the box.

I felt the presentation was spot on; my wife very much enjoyed the surprise of opening the package with the gold and silver “gift wrap”.

Personally l think the way the package was sent was perfect for a single set, as the bag and gold decorative fillings gave them enough support for the shipping process.
All in all l was very pleased with the shipping, presentation, and the whole customer experience and would gladly order from you guys again, you were nothing but patient with me and were willing to help me on the price, l have nothing but praise for you and First coin!
