This 2010 coin is struck by The Perth Mint from 1oz of 99.9% pure silver in proof quality.

The coin is issued as legal tender under the Australian Currency Act 1965.

The coin’s reverse depicts a unique interpretation of a Saltwater Crocodile – the world's largest reptile, which lives in coastal waters and rivers across northern Australia.  The design is enhanced with a coloured pattern in the background.

Designs for the three-year Dreaming Series have been created by Darryl Bellotti, The Perth Mint’s Indigenous artist.  Read more about Darryl Bellotti.

The coin’s obverse bears the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

The Perth Mint will release no more than 10,000 of these silver coins.

Each coin is accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.

The coin is housed in presentation packaging comprising a display case featuring a timber lid and a superbly illustrated box-shipper.
