Introducing the legendary Pirate Silver Beard! Much more than just a pirate skull, this particular ghost of a pirate spent years dominating oceans, chasing treasures and amassing an abundance of wealth and loyal crew! With a few missing teeth, dreadlocked goatee, long salt-water soaked hair, and battle scarred eye patch it’s safe to say you wouldn’t want to cross paths in open water.

BEWARE!! This clever pirate also has a trick up his sleeve. Don’t be fooled by his sword and cross-bone, for it’s not just a decoration, but it’s also his signature weapon. Featuring a gold-plated handle & rhodium-plated blade, the sword slides easily in and out.

Solid 3D Silver technology

It all starts with the art! In the most intricate and time-consuming process, creating the art will make or break your masterpiece. Not only does the art have to be impeccable in every detail, but also needs to be designed with casting practicality.

Even the world's best artists can take weeks to perfect and prepare our models for 3D printing.

Once a wax model is manufactured using a state of the art digital wax injector, each piece gets carefully inspected by a master sculptor. A small set of instruments are used to enhance details and texture of the statue as any imperfections in the wax model will also show up on the final silver cast.

And in the final steps, our Silversmiths go to work on assembly, detailing, polishing, engraving, and finalizing what will soon be a magnificent masterpiece of solid silver!
